TAONI needs 10–15 clean, safe, lightly used office chairs to expand Education & Training Programs, STEM Education & Learning Circles, volunteer coordination, and community learning opportunities.
What we need
A practical gift with lasting use
Chairs create the dependable, flexible setup our learners, volunteers, and community partners need to gather, train, plan, and build together.
10–15 office chairs
Safe, clean, lightly used task or conference chairs in good working condition — stable bases, working height adjustment, no tears or broken parts.
Delivery or pickup help
If you can deliver, that stretches the gift further. If not, tell us where the chairs are and we'll coordinate a pickup window.
Leads and referrals
Know an office refreshing its furniture? A referral counts. Send it our way and we'll take the conversation from there.

Make surplus seating matter
Offices refresh furniture every day. Instead of sending useful chairs to storage or disposal, place them where Metro Atlanta learners and community teams can put them to work.

From offer to active use

Submit the chair offer form — quantity, condition, city, and how the chairs can move.

We confirm with you
A TAONI team member reviews the offer and confirms what we can accept for the space.

We coordinate the handoff
Delivery or pickup is scheduled with TAONI and South Clayton Recreation Center.

Seats go to work
Chairs are placed in the shared meeting space for Education & Training Programs and STEM Learning Circles.
Nothing is final until TAONI confirms directly. TAONI does not appraise donated property or determine a donor's tax deduction.
Where the chairs will serve
A shared community learning space
The chairs will be used in shared meeting space at South Clayton Recreation Center, where TAONI delivers Education & Training Programs and STEM Education & Learning Circles. The room also remains available for public use.
Supplying seating reduces the space-rental burden under this arrangement and helps TAONI keep programming accessible without passing those costs on to the community.

What kind of chairs are you looking for?
Safe, clean, lightly used office chairs in good condition. If a chair is stable, comfortable, and something you'd put a learner in, it works.
Is this a tax-deductible donation?
TAONI is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 88-1223781). TAONI does not appraise donated property or determine a donor's tax deduction. Please consult your own tax advisor.
Do I get advertising or sponsorship recognition?
This is a community-support partnership, not a sponsorship package. We're grateful for the help, but no advertising, sponsorship benefits, or valuation is promised.
Why do chairs matter to a learning program?
South Clayton Recreation Center is supporting TAONI by providing space for our Education & Training Programs and STEM Education & Learning Circles. Supplying the chairs reduces the space-rental burden under that arrangement, which helps us keep programming accessible without passing space costs on to the community.
Who else uses the space?
The meeting space is shared — it is used by TAONI and also available for public use, so the chairs serve the wider community too.
